As a fire captain, John spent 30 years with the City of Anaheim Fire and Rescue, on the front lines, protecting and serving various communities with unwavering dedication. His leadership in the face of adversity and his commitment to safety inspire us every day. His experience includes twenty-six years as a Fire Academy Instructor with Santa Ana College, FEMA Urban Search and Rescue Squad Officer, Safety Officer for Anaheim Fire and Rescue, USFS, Garden Valley Fire Protection District, AS Degree Fire Safety and Emergency Management. 

Complementing this spirit of service is the expertise of Cyndie Volpone Strickland, a veteran teacher for over 35 years with San Diego Unified School District, whose passion for education has touched countless lives. With a career dedicated to shaping young minds, Cyndie brings a wealth of knowledge and a nurturing touch to our endeavors. Her Education includes Bachelors and Masters in the field of Education and Leadership from the University of San Diego.

Together, they have built a company founded on the principles of integrity, excellence, and a genuine desire to make a difference. Whether it is providing educational resources, community outreach, or safety services and consulting for the construction field and private enterprise, we strive to leave a positive impact on those we serve.
